Tony Dibbin is one of the UK’s most accomplished broadcasters he can be heard daily across the UK on Nation Broadcasting's Nation Radio, Nation Radio 70s, Nation Radio 80s, Dragon Radio and when required at Greatest Hits Radio.

In February of 2024 Tony launched a new local radio station in his adopted hometown of Bedford England.  In a creative commercial partnership with the towns shopping centre (The Harpur Centre)  The station is blasting 24/7 through the malls with a weekly footfall of 139,000 people singing along as they shop.  

Harpur Radio is home to several well known voices and has also provided the perfect platform for Tony to reunite with Emma Saint at breakfast.  Harpur Radio is available here and on DAB Digital Radio across Bedford.

Tony & Emma at breakfast is now a syndicated morning radio show with stations in Essex, Northampton, Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire and even Tenerife sharing the morning mayhem & creative magic.  Engaging, family friendly breakfast radio delivered daily is proving quite the hit for audiences and radio stations alike.  

Summer 2023 saw Tony deliver some of the best radio of his career and host the most listened to late night radio show in the United Kingdom on Greatest Hits Radio.

In his executive work, Tony joined the senior leadership team at Podcast Radio and is overseeing a pioneering project to deliver the brand into major markets in the United States of America.  He has already delivered the brand to Detroit, South West Florida, Tampa Bay and The Carolinas with more markets to follow.

In January of 2022 Tony launched a radio station all of his own - An idea which Tony had during the first Covid-19 lockdown gained some serious momentum Arena Radio plays live performances of some of the biggest songs by the World's biggest artists.  In March of 2024 the station was licensed by Media South and is broadcast on FM to listeners in New Zealand.

His CV is studded with some of the biggest stations of the last 29 years. He completed a 10 year stint as host of the daily Breakfast show on Global’s Gold network in May of 2019 and is also a regular fixture on stations around the world.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic Tony worked in an executive role as Head of Music & Presentation at Fix Radio, the builder's station.  In his first year alone Tony increased listeners by 92% and furthermore listener engagement by 123% paving the way for the station to launch nationally in 2022. 

It all began when Tony joined the line-up at the legendary Atlantic 252 in the late 90s. After many happy and successful months in Eire, Tony was summoned home to begin a grand tour of the UK’s best local and regional outlets including Chiltern, Beacon and Heart.

His impressive CV brought him to the attention of Richard Park, who invited Tony to join the team at Gold.  

Soon after Tony’s return to national radio, a radical decision was taken to make Breakfast the only hosted show.  Tony was the presenter chosen to be the voice of breakfast.
This inspired choice resulted in a 200% increase in audience figures to 2019, including a 68% increase in the last 4 years.

Tony’s reputation has now spread globally, no pun intended!  Since 2014 Tony has been the regular ‘British Correspondent’ on iHeart Radio’s #1 rated syndicated 
Dave and Jimmy Morning Show. 

He hosts daily shows in New Zealand for Real Radio, and his ‘Artist Profile’ presentations rule the high seas for P&O's Cruise Radio.
Tony has experience and skilled knowledge of all commonly used play out systems and has regularly been called to handle music scheduling. In the case of Gold, a clear factor in its success.

When it comes to celebrity interview pulling power, Tony has a proven track record. His memorable encounters include Ray Winstone, who was lured into some interesting revelations.  He sparred welsh vocal chords with Sir Tom Jones and coaxed some cosmically intimate details from Major Tim Peake about life on-board an orbiting space station.

Away from radio, Tony is also a highly experienced public speaker and live performer. From his early days in the Swansea Youth Theatre, performing has always been a real passion.  Tony has also performed in professional pantomimes in Canterbury, Chatham and Bedford and also wrote and performed Russell Kane’s support act in 2011.

Tony has provided live DJ performances for a very unique set of clients including The Home Secretary of the UK The Rt Hon. Sajid Javid and Hollywood Director Stephen Frears.

Tony is a proud dad of two kids and spends most of his down time being diverted in to bowling alleys, cinemas, restaurants, theme parks and sunny beaches!
Now his spare time is mostly spent training his Beagle called Buddy.
