Introducing

For just over 20 years I've been lucky enough to have been continuously performing on some of the UK's biggest & best radio stations - Alongside some truly talented and wonderful people I feel priviledged to call friends.

I now host the daily breakfast show on the UK's classic hits radio station GOLD. (Formally Capital Gold)

Working on air, on stage and in various executive areas of the media industry has made me an incredibly determined, focussed and passionate programmer and presenter.
